From humble beginnings, lines of heifers were purchased from prominent Studs of the time, and have been mated with particular attention being paid not only to production but also to udder traits and overall type, and now several generations down the track, “the dream” is being realised. The current herd consists of -

( approximately .75 ton grain feed per head. Cows are wintered and young stock reared on nearby out block. )
Calving will commence August with calves expected by, Berretta, Mister T, Barber, Quest Angel, Freedom, Finale, Barber Bill, Gatekeeper, Montana and Councillor.

A favourite within the herd, a no nonsense cow who is a pleasure to milk and has given us our greatest thrill in 39 years of breeding. A lovely framed dairy cow with a tremendously high and wide rear udder. Descending from the line of heifers purchased at Merriwa Park, is a member of the strong Misty Morn Family developed at Jimann.
