Your membership at work

Each State Branch is an integral part of Jersey Australia representing and bringing to the Federal Council the opinions, issues of importance and future direction sought by their members at a regional level.

Each Branch has a President and Secretary, a variety of cattle clubs and fees associated with membership, registration and other services offered.

To work together as a profession the Federal Council and State Branches need member input to build the profile of our industry and, as a united voice, lobby for better industrial outcomes throughout Australia and beyond to our global markets.

Membership of the State Branches are vital to ensure your views are considered for the benefit of Jersey Australia.

Some of the benefits of being a member are:

  • Free Jersey Journal magazine which promotes the cow throughout Australia and to 32 countries around the globe.
  • Representation at Dairy Industry.
  • Access to member services such as Classification, Registration, Genetic Recovery, Jersey Expansion and Jersey Marketing Service.
  • Direct input into the direction of the Jersey Breed via cattle clubs and State Branches. If you've got an idea or an issue, you can do something about it.

Click on the links above to take you to the relevant State Branch and see how you can become a member today.

Please note that fees and charges are subject to change. Please check the current edition of your Jersey Journal for up-to-date information.
